May’s teaching philosophy blends mindful movement, breathwork, and a holistic approach to well-being, creating a nurturing space for transformation. Whether guiding a class, leading a retreat, or supporting clients one-on-one, her mission is to empower individuals to move with intention and live with vitality.

At Bliss by May, we offer weekend Yoga classes for all experience levels, along with 1:1 Yoga, Reformer Pilates, and Personal Training by appointment for a more personalised approach.
Beyond regular classes, we also host yoga workshops, retreats, and more, creating opportunities for deeper connection, growth, and renewal. Whether you're looking to build strength, enhance flexibility, or find inner balance, we have everything you need to discover your bliss.
